Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions collects information about you when you use our websites, for online booking, you want to make an appointment to use our services.

 

Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions will control the collection, security, quality, use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We only collect information when you have provided it to us when you chose to use our website, create or modify your account, or communicate with us.   • Contacts Information: When you provide and store names and contact information in our secured web portal on the website.

 

  • Payment Information: We will collect your payment, cash or credit cards, information, date and time when we Accept secure credit card payments through eWAY's online payment platform

 

  • Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, including, the device model, operating system, unique device identifier, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information when you make online payment through eWAY’s online payment Platform.

 

  • Log Information: Our system collects information logs about the interaction, which may include your device IP address, dates and times, data for app crashes.

  • With third parties to provide you with a service, for example, ATO and Xero Accounting Software

  • You can either update it by updating details in the app or by logging into your online account.

  • You can also help Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions maintain the accuracy of your personal information by notifying us when you change your name, address, title, phone number, e-mail address or any other information. If at any time you wish to update your information or preferences, or you prefer to stop receiving communication from Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions, feel free to contact us at any time or change your details in the website members section.

 

Changes to our Privacy Policy

 

Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions reserved the right to change or update the policies and procedures, although we will try our best to notify our customers and stakeholders of any such change, it is your responsibility to make sure you know our terms and condition before booking any trip or make a reservation. Disclosure of Information

 

We will not disclose personal information unless provided by the court order or requested by Police. This may only occur in extraordinary circumstances where we believe that the release of your information is compelled by law.

 

Payments

 

  • Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions charges are displayed on the website for each service we provide.

  • We accept, EFT, Credit or Debit Card only  

  • We do not accept any form of Cheque or Cash.

  • Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions will ask for the payment in advance on booking using the website for the future reservation of our service.

  • You will be issued with the legal Tax Invoice for all the payment made when the services are completed.

  • Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions may decide to issue you an invoice to be paid at a later date based on the services provided and the contract we may have with you.

  • Any changes to the service or appointment may result in the price change.

Delivery of Service

​

TAX and BAS Services 

​

  • Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions will require you to make an appointment using the web booking service to secure your time with the Accountant. 

  • You must provide us with the authorisation letter by filling up the online Letter of Authorisation link on our website. 

  • On your appointed time the Accountant will call you and discuss the need for your service. 

  • For our Tax or BAS Services, our accountant will collect the information from you over the phone or video call.

  • He will then prepare your Tax or BAS requirement and email you back the document to sign it.

  • Once checked and signed by you, the accountant will lodge the Tax or BAS with ATO.

  • You will be notified of the lodgment by email as well as when we receive an inquiry from the ATO. 

  • If there are no queries from ATO then your lodgment should be completed within the time frame allowed by the ATO.

Bookkeeping Services

​

  • If you have purchased the bookkeeping package then we will provide you with the schedule of service dates to perform your accounting services. 

  • You are welcome to negotiate the service calendar as per your desired time frame. 

  • Once the service calendar is locked to provide service our accountant will follow it. if you require to change the service calendar then you would need to give us a week notice to align our human resources to your need. 

  • If you are not satisfied with our bookkeeping services and seek refund then you will need to apply for the refund to the customer service manager and discuss the cancellation of service and lodge refund request.

  • Customer Relations Manager will contact you and discuss your complaint and process the refund if the complaint progress as per our dispute resolution policy below.

Refund, Cancellation and Change of Appointment Fee Policy 

 

  • Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions do charge $50 cancellation fees for services that you cancel within 24 hours of appointment time.

  • We do not charge any cancellation fees if you cancel the service that is not provided to you 24 hours before the appointment time.

  • In simple words, if you chose to cancel the services within 24 hours of the time of your appointment then we will charge you the cancellation fees of $50 as we have already lined up our resources to provide you service and it is unfair with us if we do not get paid.

  • We do not charge any fees if you like to change the date or time of the appointment before 24 hours of your designated time.

  • If you change the appointment time within 24 hours of the appointment time then we will charge you $25 fees to change the appointment, unless of course, the circumstances are beyond your control to complete your appointment.

  • If you cancel appointment 24 hours before the time then we will refund you the full fees you have paid back into the same account or card you have paid it from.

  • We will not refund the money to different accounts or card as per Anti Money Laundry and Counter-Terrorism Funding (AML/CTF) Policy

  • If we found out that you are abusing our booking system by making bookings and then cancelling it for no reason, we reserve the right to charge you $10 Cancellation Fees per cancelled booking.

 

Dispute Resolution Policy

If in any case our customer is not satisfied by the service they have received from us, or believe that they were incorrectly charged, the customer can dispute the charges by emailing our customer relations department info@kashflow.com.au anytime with in12 month. Our customer relationship manager will mark that charges as disputed and will investigate the and get back to you within 7 days from the date of the email received.

 

During the dispute resolution, we would continue to update you the progress of your complaint if we have to collect the information from our service provide .i.e. eWay.

 

If the customer relations manager finds out that the charges are correct then, it is our policy to advise the customer via email and leave the charged amount as it is. In case the charges are incorrect, then the overcharged amount will be refunded within 5 working days back to the same credit card or account it was originally charged from.

 

According to the banking regulations, Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions will not refund the charged to any other card other than the original card that was used to charge the customer. If Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions believe that the credit card was stolen, or the charges were paid using a fraudulent card, Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions will follow the local law enforcement policy in regards to the use of stolen credit cards or bank’s policy to use stolen debit or cards or defraud the debit or credit cards. Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions reserves the full right to disclose your personal information if required by law.

 

If Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions believes that the charges were accurate, and the customer does not need to be refunded, but the customer still disputes the charges, Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions will invite the customer to discuss it with the level 2 customer supports in Customer Relations if that also fails, then Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions will invite the customer to mediate with the help of Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria as Kashflow™ Accounting Solutions is a Registered Entity in Victoria Australia.

 

Mediation can usually be arranged within a fortnight, depending on the availability of all parties. It will be at a location that is most convenient to all parties within Victoria Australia.
